From our workshop
The thin design means the screen is glued on. We use proper adhesive strips when re-sealing, so the display sits flush and dust stays out.

Because the drive is removable, a dead logic board rarely means lost files – we take the drive out and copy everything off. Failed drives go to our in-house data recovery service.

Being limited to macOS 10.15 Catalina, it is best kept for lighter use. We are happy to repair it, and if the fault is serious we will focus on getting your files back safely.
