Can you recover data from my MacBook Pro 15-inch (2019)?

With the T2 chip, the SSD’s encryption key never leaves the logic board. That means data recovery on this model is really a board repair job – something our engineers do at component level.

Is it worth repairing my MacBook Pro 15-inch (2019)?

It runs up to macOS 15 Sequoia. Plenty of these are still in daily use, and a new battery or keyboard often keeps one going for years – but we won’t recommend an expensive repair that isn’t worth it.
