Liquid spills are especially damaging here because the keyboard sits directly above the logic board. Switch it off straight away and bring it in rather than trying to dry it with heat.

Can you recover data from my MacBook Pro 13-inch (2017, Touch Bar)?
The storage is soldered to the logic board, so it cannot be removed and read in another machine. If the Mac won’t start, we repair the board to bring it back to life long enough to copy your files off safely.
